Processing

Nuova Lamierprofil specializes in cutting sheet metal using plasma, oxyfuel, and waterjet techniques. The post-cutting processes are completed by bending, sandblasting, and deburring services.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is one of our primary processes. It is used to cut metals of various types, such as stainless steel, copper, or aluminum, and it can be used on both thin sheets and substantial thicknesses.

Oxyfuel cutting

Oxyfuel is one of the industry's most popular and widely used techniques for cutting sheet metal and metal profiles. It is a process that is part of Nuova Lamierprofil's history.

Waterjet cutting

An innovative cutting technique is a waterjet; this technology allows us to achieve unparalleled cutting precision for 3D machining or inclined cuts on different materials and different thicknesses.

Bending

We use some of the best technologies on the market to perform sheet metal bending work of all kinds and complexities, meeting any technical project requirement.

Blasting

Blasting removes all surface impurities, improving the metal's aesthetic appearance and increasing the durability and strength of machined parts.

Deburring

The deburring process removes excess material from products obtained by machining or cutting, achieving maximum perfection. The treated parts are ready for use.

New Lamierprofil, we have been processing sheet metal for over 40 years.

Established in 1977 as a light carpentry machine shop, Nuova Lamierprofil, in just a few years, has specialized in sheet metal processing and thermal, plasma, and oxyfuel cutting.
