New Lamierprofil, we have been processing sheet metal for over 40 years
Since 1977, Nuova Lamierprofil has been cutting and bending carbon, stainless, and specialty sheet metal. Modern facilities and machinery enable it to offer precision and speed in every situation.
In more than 40 years of business, we have developed skills and experience to meet customers’ needs with reliability, customization, and flexibility.
With an area of more than 21,000 square meters, we boast a varied and extensive warehouse that can meet all availability and certification requirements.

The beginning of the activity
Claudio Zurlini founded Nuova Lamierprofil in 1977 in Borgonovo Val Tidone as a light carpentry company.

The evolution of technology
The first CNC cutting machines ( Oxycutting) are purchased to improve the quality and services of the many processing requests.

The new headquarters and expansion
The headquarters was moved to Sarmato, and the operational area expanded considerably.

The first warehouse dedicated to sheet metal
The first warehouse entirely dedicated to sheet metal is built to meet the needs of an expanding market.

As the company expands, so does its staff, and new offices are being built on more than 500 sqm.

The evolution of services and technology
The purchase of the first waterjet cutting machine with a 5-axis head was essential for competitiveness and service quality.

The beginning of energy sustainability
A 100Kw photovoltaic system is installed, and old asbestos roofing is replaced simultaneously.

Market demands are increasing, so a second water-cutting (waterjet) machine with a 4-meter bench was purchased to meet them.

The second 100Kw photovoltaic system is installed, bringing the company’s energy autonomy to 200Kw.

Covered warehouse expansion
Roofing work related to the expansion of the covered warehouse for an additional 800 square meters has been completed.

The fleet grows with the addition of a new 20kW laser cutting machine.
