Laser cutting

Laser cutting is an advanced process that enables precise, contactless material cutting, preventing damage or deformation of the part. Using this technology, the laser beam follows the desired cutting path under the control of a computerised numerical control (CNC) system, allowing for accurate and intricate cuts. It is a fast and efficient method, producing clean and precise edges on materials, often removing the need for further processing and thereby reducing material waste. The materials processed include stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon.

Technical specifications:

  • Cuts from 1mm to 35mm thickness and maximum size of 3000×12000. Features a 3d head with bevel cutting capability.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting involves using a high-speed, high-temperature plasma jet to cut conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, and copper.

Plasma, a form of gas heated to extreme temperatures, is generated by passing a gas through an electric arc. This high-energy plasma is then focused on a precise point in the material to be cut, rapidly melting the metal and cutting it precisely.

This technology is valued for its speed, efficiency, and ability to cut variable thicknesses accurately.

  • Cutting up to 30 mm for stainless steel
  • Cutting up to 40 mm for carbon steel

Oxyfuel cutting

Oxyfuel is a thermal cutting technique for metals such as steel that involves burning the metal in a stream of pure oxygen.

The metal surface is first heated to a high temperature with a flame (often acetylene), then a jet of oxygen is directed onto the heated spot. The oxygen reacts with the glowing metal, burning it and forming iron oxide, ejected away from the plane, thus cutting through the material. This is an effective technique for cutting thick sheet metal.

Waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting is an industrial process that uses a high-pressure water jet, often enriched with an abrasive, to cut a wide range of materials.

Our machines can cut any material: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, ceramics, and polymers. The cutting does not cause thermal stress to the material (no thermally altered or work-hardened zones) and respects decimal tolerances.

Metal Bending

Metal bending is a process that changes the shape of a metal sheet or plate without removing material.

We use modern machinery suitable for different thicknesses, which exert controlled pressure, allowing complex and repetitive bending.

Following the customer’s requirement, we can bend different materials, such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and other materials, with various thicknesses, always with the highest precision.

In addition, design, drawing, feasibility, and part bending sequences. Services are carried out through dedicated 3D software.

  • Bending up to 20 mm for carbon steel
  • Bending up to 15 mm for stainless steel

Blasting

Metal blasting removes rust, paint, scale, and other surface impurities from iron, aluminum, steel, and other metals.

We use high-quality abrasive granules and state-of-the-art machinery to ensure exceptional results. Our attention to detail and highly skilled expertise ensure that every surface is treated carefully.

  • Internal machining up to 2200 mm diameter
  • External processing maximum format 12000×2500 mm

Deburring

Deburring is a finishing process used in metalworking and other materials to remove burrs formed during machining.

We use various deburring methods, manual and automatic with deburring machines or finishing techniques such as vibrofinishing or sandblasting. The process chosen depends on the nature of the material, the size of the deburring, and the finishing specifications required by the customer.
